Made a claim, lost my vehicle. I had to chase them weekly to get any information. Took a month after finding car to get it assessed and another four weeks to notify me then took another month to payout. Haven't received any paperwork communication from them regarding the payout or the assessment. Have no information from them to say that they have notified QLD Transport that it has been written off or any paperwork that I can take to QLD Transport to deregister the vehicle myself.

Preferred solution: $6000 in compensation. I lost deals on potential cars. I could have missed 3months of work or spent countless amounts on transport to get to work. Not to mention that I had to chase them to get any sort of communication, spending days on hold.

User's recommendation: Do not insure through Woolworths. They maybe cheap but you definitely get what you pay for.

Retrenchment

Im struggling since 20th of January to get this sorted it's almost the 20th of April I've dealt with Gerhard then Heidi Bongiwe Jamie then back to Heidi an nobody is able to sort it debit orders keep going off from my pension that comes in WHAT DO I DO

Charged twice for car insurance

Charged twice for one car insurance policy .Been trying to get a refund for six weeks . Spent five hours on phone with eight different tell marketed. Have had my money for seven months.Still trying to get a refund but don't want to spend a two hours on phone. They said they will ring back but they don't.
